Mình may mắn từng đồng hành cùng mentee từ sinh viên mới ra trường đến người đi làm. Điều mình mang vào mentoring không chỉ là trải nghiệm từng apply, mà là tư duy chiến lược để xây dựng một hồ sơ có chiều sâu và nhất quán.
Thế mạnh và niềm vui trong mentoring của mình là ở việc đặt đúng câu hỏi. Khi mentee bắt đầu vượt qua những nghi hoặc về bản thân, thôi so sánh, thôi viết theo mẫu, và thật sự hiểu mình muốn làm gì trong tương lai, đó là lúc mình thấy mentoring có ý nghĩa nhất.
Phong cách của mình ấm áp nhưng sắc sảo. Mình mong được đồng hành cùng những bạn chủ động, sẵn sàng suy nghĩ và dấn thân. Nếu bạn đủ chủ động và muốn nâng cấp tư duy thật sự, mình sẵn sàng đồng hành cùng bạn để vượt qua những câu hỏi khó nhất trên hành trình chinh phục học bổng.

My 12-year experience in Vietnamese public schools reflects an education system centered on heavy curriculum and rote memorization. Due to the lack of soft skills such as communication and presentation skills, 237,000 recent graduates of the public education system faced unemployment in 2017 (EVBN,2018,p24-37). This reality has raised my deep concern in education for low-middle income students in rural areas of Vietnam. Initiated in October 2020, Beyond Borders is my response to the current inequity in Vietnam education by offering high-quality online courses that help students develop life-long learning strategies.
